Licensed to practice law in Canada and Israel, Eugene’s background includes over 15 years of senior management and corporate legal counsel experience. He has successfully acted as the Legal Counsel and Legal Department Manager and Compliance Officer of a multi-profile, as well as an international group of companies with more than 10 separate legal entities, which employ in total more than 300 workers in Canada and dozens of representatives around the globe.

When serving as a senior officer in the legal defense department of the IDF Military Advocate General’s Corps and training younger lawyers in the force, Eugene became passionate about organizational and corporate compliance and governance, corporate training and education. Over the past 10 years, Eugene has developed an exceptional set of skills, expertise and experience in this field and offers unique customized training programs and workshops to clients of all skill levels and business expertise. Eugene has been invited to facilitate legal and corporate compliance training by organizations such as ACESS Toronto, Start-up York, Small Business Centre of Barrie, Richmond Hill Small Business Enterprise Centre and many others.
